How to integrate the chatbot in Jivo business chat

Choose your plan
Select any available plan to start using Aimylogic. All plans have a 14-day free trial.

To connect Aimylogic bots to your Jivo account you will need the Jivo Professional plan.
Create a chatbot scenario and integrate it into Jivo
In the bot channel settings in Aimylogic, copy the token and add it to your Jivo account in the "Integrations" tab.

In the "Integrations" tab, select Aimylogic from the list of bot platforms. In additional settings, add the bot name and upload a picture that will be displayed in the online chat.
Test the bot in the channel
